I was in a room full of other people answering multiple choice questions about my personality, that's about as far as it went regarding an actual interview.It wasn't really an interview sort to speak, it was more or less them recruiting for new agents. The pitch they were giving was enticing, but it's more about whether or not you'd be willing to work selling insurance.
