they bring you in as a group for a three part interview. Phase 1: individual to see if you seem like someone with a brain. Phase 2 the layout of the company to see your behaviour during the presentation. Phase 3 final individual interview which is more like a standard interview anywhere else.

So far initial interview on over the phone followed by a panel zoom interview. Pretty basic large company panel interview. Was easy and straight forward, dress professionally and youll put yourself infront of your competition.
