Was told they only had one day to do interviews, I agreed and walked in to about 15 other people in a waiting room. They asked me to fill out a forum and took a hardcopy of my resume. I saw different staff come in and grab different candidates ( I thought it was weird that they had regular sales staff doing interviews) I got called into an office that was completely empty with just a desk and two chairs. He asked maybe two questions about my previous work and then invited me for the second part of the interview. I was told how to "act" in front of the general manager who was only in town for the day. The second part was about an hour and a half (I was there from 10am - 12:30 for the whole process) The second part wasn't even an interview, more of them convincing you that you want to work there. Powerpoints and videos of people having fun and them telling you about all the money you can make "up to 6 figures!" Still no general manager... just another sales guy. Then the last 15 minutes the general manager comes in who then talks about herself for a bit. The last coupe of minutes she slides in that you need a license in insurance (never mentioned before or anywhere especially in the job listing that said training provided) and that it would cost about 290$ out of our own pocket. I was then brought into another room by myself with a lady who said she wanted me to come to the next interview process. It all seemed like a giant pyramid scheme with lots of talk about money then being told you have to pay to work there. I was then told the course would take about a month and I would not be paid during that time.
