Participated in four interviews with different team members. The AHA team was very positive and responsive throughout the process. Interviews generally consisted of a conversational interview style. Understandably, it was a lengthy process.

Q: What are you looking to get out of this position?
There was a screening with human resources over the telephone. I was then called to set up an in person interview with the hiring manager. The position was a fill in position as they were going on maternity leave.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at American Hospital Association (Fairfax, VA) in Jan 2022

I was really excited to interview for this role but it was honestly the most disrespectful, unprofessional process I have ever been through.
I was happy to move on.
