I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
The first interview was over the phone with HR. It was basically to see if I was the right candidate for the program. We discussed qualifications based on my resume and was asked to expand on my experience.
The second interview was a panel of 2. We discussed my experience again and I provided details and examples. I was also asked about 5 situational questions to see how I would handle any problems that my come with the positon.
Might I add, the interviewers were not intimidating at all. They were very warm and smiled the entire time so I felt comfortable. They made it a point to make the process feel more like a conversation and less like an interview which I really appreciated.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a single remote interview with the Sr. Manager. It was professional, mutual, and informative. They asked questions about my work experience and gave insight into the position they wanted to fill and gave plenty of time for me to ask questions.

Interview
I applied for the role, and after about 1 month, had an hour long zoom interview. It was very thorough, and the interviewer went through my resume line by line. I don't think an hour long initial interview was necessary. I also didn't receive a timeline for when I should expect to hear back.
