For my Visual Merchandising Internship, I was asked a set of basic interview questions given by Mattel. Every single person that works for the company is asked these questions, regardless of your position. Other than that, I just remember talking a lot about myself. However, since it was an internship, I think the interview was treated differently than an actual position would be. It was more about what I wanted to learn and get out of it.
