I applied through university. I interviewed at American Express in Sept 2020
Interview
Visited our campus. Conducted online test and I attempted all 3 coding questions and there were hidden test cases. After submission of whole test, I got 100% score in test. I completed my test in 30 minutes and we were given 110 minutes. After whole one day, they shortlisted students on some unknown criteria which no one ones and my name was not in that list too. The list also contains the names who just attempted 2 or 2.5 questions out of 3, and there were some who just copy pasted the entire codes available on internet. It just feels like a scam and seems like they were lucky drawing the candidates.
No transparency at all!!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process involved an online video call. The interviewer was asked me general questions based on the CV. The coding question was about finding the first duplicate element in the list.
