My interview was with the hiring Manager and Team Leader I would report to, however questions were generally about how I would fit into the department as opposed to the specific job. Focus was primarily on my previous experience - especially how I handle multiple tasks or difficult clients.

Gefühlt wie auf einer Verhörbank, zwischenmenschlich war da nichts. Das dritte finale Gespräch war am schlimmsten. Als Feedback wurde gesagt, es wären nicht genug Schwächen genannt worden, ergo zu unreflektiert?

It is a two part interview the first part will be with one person interviewing, which was laid-back and pretty straight to the point and the second interview if you get past the first interview is going to be with multiple over webcam
