I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express in Sept 2016
Interview
Very lengthy process, took over 1 month to get the initial interview. Then I had to video record myself answering questions, then a phone interview and lastly a 2 hour long group interview. There were 10 candidates and 6 managers. there were 5 rounds to this interview, a couple one on one with a hiring manager and a couple in groups with 4 other candidates. They asked behavioral questions.

Question 1
Tell me a time you delt with an irrrate customer and how did you handle this.
Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Question 1
I am located in Hong Kong. If you work in a Cha Chaan Teng, do you think politeness is important?
Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
