I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Murfreesboro, TN) in Mar 2011
Interview
I applied with a paper application while in the store and when I went to turn it in to the manager, he had me sit down for a quick interview. About a week later, the store manager called to set up an interview with her. I went in and talked with her for about 20 minutes about why I wanted to work there. Got the job in about a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult was "Why do (I) want to work there" because I just wanted a job. I didn't care if it was at American Eagle or Wal-Mart.

It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
