I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters in May 2012
Interview
The group interview consists of four people. The questions were based on personality and customer service. It was a test on how well you can articulate your ideas and thoughts in a matter of time. I thought the interview was fairly easy and everyone in my group got hired. I came to orientation the next week. Just be very friendly and answer the questions correctly and detailed. Don't be nervous and try to relax.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
