I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Credit Acceptance (Spartanburg, SC) in Apr 2018
Interview
Initially had an assessment that included some math related problems and numerical reasoning.
then a 1st phone screen-questions about modelling, statistics
2nd phone screen- case study about some mexican bank investment strategy
Onsite interview- had back to back 7 interviews. Some had math questions, some had open ended case interviews, one of them had behavioral questions and last one was about the current business situation at their company and asked me how I would go on about solving it.
First round was an online assessment and they got back to me after a month. From that point, the process moved pretty quickly. There were 3 rounds - all were case interviews, maybe just 1-2 behavioral questions to get to know you better. Their HR is responsive and most of the time they emailed the next day informing that I made it to the next round. I'm not sure if there was another round after the 3rd case interview but I was not selected.

Question 1
The questions were pertaining to the case they had me work on.
Zoom interview. Pretty consulting style. Sort of dominating and fast-paced. The overall experience is fine, but I would not say it is excellent. This is more like a campus recruitment and it is a process-standard hiring.
