Lengthy scripted questions. Interview felt very unnatural and interviewers just read the questions then prompted for more in-depth stories to back up answers. One redeeming factor was a followup recruitment call with a talent services person in another part of the state. This conversation was much more natural and I was able to get some questions answered.
