Was asked 10-15 standard interview questions. It was about 1 hour long. You meet with several people at the company and there were three rounds of interviews. The questions were all very standard and easy to prepare for. That said there were quite a few people who applied and were interviewed for the position.

Interview
This was 5+ years ago now... but did a 30-minute phone call with Dunham (owner), where he went through my application, spoke about my background and guiding/climbing experience. At the end of it, he said I got the job and if I could be there in 10 days - time to pack the car and get to Bellingham! (I had applied only a little while before the interview - it wasn't their fault for the short notice)
