I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at America's Keswick in Jun 2011
Interview
I was referred by a graduate of the program who had served with me in ministry before. We started with a conference call since the job was 1,000 miles away. Since both parties were interested after the phone call, I traveled to NJ to interview in person with the CEO and Program Director.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at America's Keswick (Whiting, NJ) in Jun 2011
Interview
A former supervisor of mine, who I remained friends with, recommended me to them, and them to me. I emailed them my resume. They called me on the phone and had our first interview by conference call. My second interview was in person. I received a call the next day that I was selected for the position. I received an official offer of employment by email a couple days later. My initial impression of them was that my immediate supervisor was a very loving man (I ended up misjudging that), and that the CEO was a little cold, (also misjudged that one). So much for my perception.

Question 1
I was asked how I would minister to a homosexual. I didn't expect that one, but I think my answer was perfect.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at America's Keswick in May 2009
Interview
The recruiter asked me about my previous experience in ministry and interests in the area. I told a lot of stories about groups that I had worked with before and training that I had received. All in all, it was fairly low pressure. I had time to think through responses a bit before answering the questions, and when I couldn't answer, I could come back to it later.
