The interview was scheduled with multiple team members including the Manager of sponsored projects, Human Resources, Manager of Education and the Vice President of Innovation. All interviews were scheduled virtually for roughly 30-minutes.

Questions from each of the members varied, but they all seemed very dedicated to their positions. They were open to collaborating and utilizing the health equity analyst to support their efforts so most questions were tailored to my background in supporting organizations, the field and conducting research.

Had interview with manger of events. Then had interview with HR manager, panel interview, and VP of department. Received update later that week or next on offer. Process moved pretty fast.

Interview
The hiring manager asked me about my digital skills, previous positions and experience. He was particularly interested in experience using Google Analytics, content management systems and social media. He didn't ask me anything unusual. He also gave me the opportunity to ask questions regarding why the position was open, how the position works with other people in the organization and how social media has been managed in the past.
