Interview
I met with my interviewer at a store near me, but not the location I was interviewing for. The interview lasted about 30 mins. The interviewer did not ask me any difficult questions. He actually let me ask more questions than he asked me.
Very casual, will ask about your location preferences and availability. The interviewers appreciate honesty. I was very specific about salary requirements and they were accommodating. Be prepared to accommodate for location.

Interview
After submitting my information, I spoke with the hiring manager first and then met with the district manager (optometrist) and regional manager (non-optometrist) in-person. I was able to tour one of the retail locations and have a conversation with both managers to ask questions.

Online virtual office tour with interview. Showed me around the office and allowed me to meet staff and on site personnel. Was a nice introduction to the practice and good way to get a sense of the environment in which I would be working.
