It was very nice and friendly. Easy going and relaxed interview. Asked the basic questions and what position I was interested in. They offered the position on the spot and started the paperwork.
It was a standard one on one sit down interview with basic customer service based questions. I did not get past this interview, so can’t give more information on the total process.
The interview was really easy and laid back. There was no reason to stress over it. It was fast. They give you some sheets to fill out and the beginning and things to sign.
Took about 30 min. It was your average interview. How many years of customer service experience did I have, what was my availability, how do I feel about wearing a mask during work and asked about how I would deal with a difficult customer.
