The interview was easy. Met with GM and supervisor. Asked basic questions. Showed me around and introduced me to people. GM Said she'd get back to me by end of week.

In-Person Interview
Held at the store with the store manager or assistant manager. It usually lasts about 20–30 minutes and covers:
Customer service and sales experience
Availability and schedule flexibility
Comfort with recommending products (like frames and lens options)
Role-play questions (e.g., helping a customer choose glasses)
Was a smooth and easy process that ended up being essentially a conversation with the other people I was interviewing with. I heard back in about two days and was very happy with it all. Would highly recommend.
