It was a pretty simple phone interview followed by an in-person interview. The phone interview explain mission of AWAA and asked that you discuss whether you would view this work as a ministry or as a job. Interviewer asked for specific examples of how I worked well within a team environment, and how I would deal with conflict with a co-worker. The questions were example based (i.e. tell me about a time when you...)
