America Works interview questions

The process broke down at the final stage. There was a lack of follow-through on a direct commitment. This was unprofessional and created a poor final impression. I hope they improve their communication with candidates.

First, they identified the role as Sales when it's actually employment development. They also pay very low, $60 in San Francisco is well below poverty level. I was contacted by a lame, unprofessional recruiter (more on that later) and being an employment specialist, I agreed for him to pass on my resume. I had 1 interview with HR and then had a 30 MINUTE panel interview over MS Teams. I'm 100% qualified for the role and the interview seemed to go very well. Then I was ghosted. I reached out to the recruiter who got back to me the next day simply saying they went with someone else. Being in the job market and being that I committed my time for these interviews I wanted more info so that I can be better prepared for other interviews. Fair, right? I was provided zero additional insight. Highly unprofessional.
