There was a recruiter phone interview, then an in-person interview. I was offered the job at the in-person interview and accepted. Then there was a background check, which went quickly.
Phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a video interview with the office manager. Was offered the same day as video interview. It was a pretty easy process, found that they seem to hire pretty much anyone who was willing to knock doors.

1st interview is a recruiter from corp via phone. 2nd interview is basically do you have a drivers license? Are you able to walk and talk at the same time? Nothing was said about door knocking.
