The interview was fairly easy. I didn't have any issues and the interviewers were kind. It was a multi-stage interview that included a remote inter-view, and in-person interview with a site visit.

Three-step interview. First phone interview, pretty informative. Then in person interview, this was the standard type interview. Finally, an interview at the site. They were all pretty standard, question wise. Overall, not too bad.

There were 2 interviews, the first with the americorps program and then with the site leaders. Pretty straight forward conversation about life goals, why you want to do the program, what you hope to get out of it, previous experiences and skills, ect. The second interview was more specific to the organization I worked with-- an overview of their organization, the expectations and my skills.
