Easy, they don't really care what you are saying they are just judging you and determining if they think they can easily get you to do all the dirty work.

Interview
Had a phone screen first then a formal interview with hiring manager, department head, and then CEO. Interview was straight forward and they went over what the company does and what they were looking for, for this position.
