Phone screen with HR that was slated for 30 minutes but was only 15. Interviewer sent a calendar to choose the date for the call, but did not call on the first day I selected. Selected a date the following week and called 7 minutes later than the scheduled time. Overall, it was very run-of-the-mill corporate talk.

Phone screen from an HR goober. Zero personality and follow through on communications he promised during the call. Asked very basic questions that could be gleaned from a resume so he could get to a compensation discussion prior to even understanding the full job picture.

They rely heavily on the behavioral STAR method which is good if you have a lot of experience to draw from. Look for clear situation, task, action, and result answers.
