It sounds like you would not be a good fit for our organization. We do, in fact, hire qualified staff and have an extensive training program for those looking to enter the field. Our behavior plans are monitored by professionals with the credentials and licenses to ensure the safety and well-being of the students we serve, some of whom need a room to deescalate before they hurt themselves or others. Our program is accredited by The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and we are proud of the gains our students make during their time here- our school offers them the opportunity to learn when they have not had the level of supports they needed to stay in the public school setting.
