Amedisys Recruiter interview questions

The process was extremely disorganized and mismanaged. My second interview was never scheduled with me yet the hiring mgr was apologizing for being late when she called me. After second interview they changed compensation from salary plus commission to just salary. I felt it was a complete waste of my time and they are looking for the best of the unemployed and not results motivated recruiters.
