Apply online through zip recruiter or indeed. Get called for interview. Arrange interview with hiring staff/local managers. Interview takes about an hour. Ask questions about experience, goals, previous hospice care, or in home care. Discuss team approach outlook, death and dying. Manager calls with an offer.

From my first interaction with them everyone I met was positive polite and professional. I felt like I was already part of the team before I was offered the position. Deana the recruiter was very responsive and Kristen ran an amazing interview.

It was a good experience with professional staff. The benefits and job description were detailed well and it was an overall good experience. I was referred by a friend who was also an employee. The interview process went smoothly and I also had a phone interview with another employee that also went smoothly.
