Interview
I met first with HR, the engineering manager, and the production manager. Then I met with 2 of the other process engineers and the CI Manager. All asked very standard questions and then opened up for questions as well. I also had a shop tour. The facility was nice and the employees seemed genuine and friendly.

Tell me about yourself and some behavioral questions.
One interview with corporate recruiter, then one interview with plant management. One site visit after interviews and received verbal offer onsite. Mainly situational type questions. Both interviews were virtual, 30-60min.

The phone interview process was smooth and easy going. There was a lot of conversation regarding experience on my end. There were talks of further interviews, but no follow up from that conversation afterwards.
