.Assesment. then Assesment of BDR call with 4 stages. then video call interview. Super grumpy employee, he told me he would pass me without me asking. I failed it apparently. Go figure.

Asked me super in detail about my experiences, requiring STAR and good structure.

I did not progress further, so I am not sure what the next steps were. For the online exams, it is suggested to take 1-2 hours. I asked around, and some took 3 hours, some took 6.
Series of loops, focused on leadership principles. All in one day except for the screen. They dive deep on details and data points. Peer and hiring manager as well as bar raiser
