The interview process was difficult but managed very effectively by the AWS recruitment team. Every person I interacted with systematically asked if I needed any help navigating the interview process.

Only after 5 loop interviews, they tell you you don't have enough experience for the role. IMHO, the recruit can read your resume to figure out if you have enough experience for the role.

7 interviews. Waste of time. Completed all of them. Wasted almost 15 hours of my time. They couldn't find 3 minutes to tell me the result. Technical questions, were only once. After that is all about situational events.
