Super structured interview process presented but not followed well. You're encouraged to be ready to talk to each of the company values, describing something relevant from your experience. The idea of this preparation is good and helps you see your experience through the AWS lens.

Interviewers don't seem to coordinate on who is going to ask about which one. Most people asked me about the same one which not only was boring but seemed to indicate a gap in the process.
