Amazon Payment Services interview questions

Two rounds of interview. One with the hiring manager another one with the skip. Phone screen interview where they would primarily ask you to describe instances of showcasing amazon LPs (leadership principle) to solve real world customer problems or life problems. Skills like Excel, SQL basics are required.

It was all good; they were very informative, and I enjoyed the whole process. Even though I didn't pass the first round, it felt like training for me. I had prepared 15 examples from my background, but unfortunately, during the interview, when they asked about the most innovative product I had worked on, it was from 15 years ago, and I couldn't recall all the details. They really delved deep. Prepare as if you are going to present to your own manager, who will ask more detailed questions.
