Interview
I am from vizianagaram. I have attended for placement drive held in LENDI institute. Nearly 250+ have attended for the campus drive. Initially they conducted pre-placement talk and explained working culture in amara raja, scope of carrer in amara raja. Then conducted online test. 50 members have qualified in the online test. The final interview is not difficult. Interviewers will not make us to feel uncomfortalble. The process takes 2 days to complete. My interview completed on 1st day. I felt very happy. The interviews continued till 12:00 pm on 2nd day. Untill I eagerly waited for the results . Finally the results announced, 12 members out of 50 members got selected in the interview. I got selected in the interview. Now i am very much excited and eagerly waiting to work with amara raja.

Interview process was not very difficult. They basic questions from my field of education like in my case I have completed my graduation in electrical and electronics engineering so they ask questions from battery, motor and their starting method.

The interview was good enough there was 1st an written test then documents verification which included 2 passport size photo and 12th,10th,btech mark sheets then after that an PI round l.
