First interview was with a Talent Acquisition Team member - she was slightly late to the meeting and then seemed slightlyl disoriented when she started the Teams meeting saying my name did not match my CV - which made me think perhaps she had mixed up candidates. However after realizing who I was, the conversation was very nice. She was friendly, genuine and asked good questions regarding the role. She thought she would be able to provide feedback that same week, but after over two weeks of no communication, I followed up twice and still no response. I received an auto-generated response from Amadeus' hiring system. This process made it quite clear they do not practice their DEI values and hopefully whoever they hired will be able to support them in that!
