First ever company where you get to talk to mindful and matured individuals from 1st round through the leadership levels and end up talking to arrogant and immature folks in the last round, who are extremely clueless how to interview an experienced senior leader. There is a huge difference between validating the fitment and intention to prove the interviewee as not a match. Suggest not to take an interviewee for granted, their time is equally valuable like yours. I guess they need some training on how to interview. It is a no brainer that when an interviewee has come across all the rounds, this as well insulting other professionals who took the previous rounds. Either ways, anything is for good. It just reminded me of a company in the past who interviewed through all the levels, got good info and won a project bid with my current employer. Hope this is not the same…Think twice before investing your time on getting interviewed…..
