The interview process was structured and well-paced at first — it included an HR screening, a case study, and a technical interview. I was given clear instructions, and the conversations were constructive. After presenting my case in the technical round, I was told my answers were sufficient and that HR would follow up. A few days later, I was asked to send the final version of my presentation again, which I did promptly. Up to that point, everything felt organized and respectful.
Unfortunately, that’s where the communication ended. Despite multiple rounds and effort invested, I was never informed of the outcome. No feedback, no rejection, no decision. Only after I followed up myself did I get a vague reply that decisions were still being finalized. It’s disappointing that a company operating at this scale doesn’t consider basic closure part of its hiring standards. A one-line email would’ve been enough. The experience started well, but the silence at the end speaks louder than the process itself.
