Alvernia interview questions

After applying online, I completed an in-person interview, hadn't heard back in after two weeks so followed up, still no response. Never heard anything official back. Overall just bad communication at the time.

The department director was very concerned with and pushed that I accept the salary before my interview concluded- red flag, but the overall university standards and mission were a plus. University changes have been made since.
