The interview process seemed tailored to the position I applied for. I was surprised by the multiple interviews with leadership and with people who I would be working with. However, everyone seemed prepared to interview me and were very easy to talk to.

I had what I thought was a very successful phone screening with HR but seems like I was ghosted by HR. Sent a follow up email with no reply. Just a bummer when you spend time applying and interviewing and you can't get an email response letting you know if the door is closed or not.
