Received a phone call from the manager to schedule a phone interview. He said it is going to be a technical interview and both the manager and sys admin will be interviewing me.
On the day of interview, I haven't received any call at the scheduled time. Waited for 5 minutes and I called the number given (manager's). It felt like he totally forgot about the interview. I reminded him about it. The sys admin didn't join the interview. No technical questions. He asked a few behavioral ones just for the sake of asking them and never got back to me.
