Completed 4 rounds of interviews ranging from HR to the Director of Operations. Each interviewer asked questions related to previous work experience and how these experiences would serve in the potential work environment. There was a practical\written assessment deployed once I met with the campus leadership team.

Interview
I had a panel interview with the faculty as well as conducted a teach back for the interviewers as well as the students. I also had to describe my previous employment and state my interest on teaching in my profession.
