Interview
they call you then bring you in and grill you during a round table and ask odd questions about what you would do or not do and roleplay. they also go over all of your work history with a fine tooth comb grill you about everywhere you worked and why you should work there. or if why you want the job. and why they should choose you
They ask a lot of questions in regards to your previous experiences, in regards to what they were looking for. They were very friendly and always available for assistance to help.

Interview
They have you take an exam first and then also test you during a call to see if you actually know your stuff. If you pass both, you move on to an in person interview. You first interview with a recruiter and then they send you to a supervisor for the department, and they test your knowledge again.

Process was quick. Interview is usually with at least two supervisors then a manager on or close to the same day. Got the call about 2 days later saying I got the Job. The process was a very smooth process to say the least
