Overall pretty straight forward. Basic interview questions and seemed geared towards company fit. Mainly interested in ability to apply past experience to the role. Interviews were with multiple people within the company.

The interview started with a plant tour and was followed by five rounds of interviews with mangers from varying departments and backgrounds. The process was then followed by lunch as a local restaurant.
Multiple rounds of interviews. Last round was 5 more interviews with different departments. Great process to really get a lot of view points about the company. Showed around the plant and even got to ride in a sky lift

Interview
The interview process was long - about 6 rounds of 30 minute interviews, each with two people. But it gave me a good idea of the kind to people who work for the company and I got a well rounded explanation of all the engineering disciplines I might work in.
