Interview was split into 4 rounds. First round is the screening on the phone with the HR to understand the candidate's YOE and stack. Followed by first Technical round that touched upon detailed past projects done along with programming questions and general approach to solving problems. This was followed by Managerial round that is conducted to access the behavioral and situational reaction of the candidate, also focusing on long term goals of the candidate. Followed by Formal HR round to discuss the benefits, compensation and day to day office activities.
