The guy who took telephonic was very cool and polite.
Gave time to answer questions, gave time to think.
FEM q's were very basic.
Like hypermesh commands, meshing and quality of mesh, how to mesh a triangular plate with Quad, how to do performance and review about old company.

I faced 3 rounds of interview. 2 telephonic where one was by Director and other was by QA team, then got selected and moved to 3rd round of interview at Bangalore, had video interview with people there in US Indians. Got mail after two days asking me pay documents, replied them with necessary things and next day got draft offer letter seeking my acceptance. I accepted and them back a reply asking about shifting allowance & accommodation for t weeks. Haven't got any reply yet from HR, mailed them twice but no replies, tried calling too but and no replies. 2 weeks crossed from getting draft offer letter, need to know when can I get final offer letter. When people know about this please help me.
