The interview process includes 3 rounds: HR Interview, Video Interview (if out of state) and In Person Interview. All the rounds are pretty straight forward with focus on what’s in your resume with couple of question focused on scenarios on how to manage clients and expectations.

Within a week or two of application, I was contacted to schedule a phone screen with an internal recruiter and had performed the interview. The day after the phone screen, I was informed that they would like to schedule an in-person interview. Despite the time difference (I was located on the east coast), communication throughout the process was excellent. I was given two weeks notice prior to the interview, so the flight (which I paid for) was not cheap and was scheduled mid-week which meant multiple PTO. Within two minutes of the interview, I was informed that the position I applied to (High Speed Rail) would not be the position I was interviewing (DEA).I was not prepared for this significant change, nor was my experience appropriate for the different job - thus I was not offered the position. Switching positions without informing me or providing compensation for the travel and days off displayed a high level of disorganization and lack of awareness within the company.
