3 interview stages, final interview competency based mostly, with a deep dive in your motivations as well. Semi-structured so will most likely explore your personal experiences. Overall everyone was nice and was satisfied with the process.

Tell about one time that you failed and how did you recover from that?
Applied online and received an invitation to interview, along with resources to prepare. I scheduled the interview myself via an online platform. Overall the process was pretty seamless and I didn't have many issues.

Friendly interviewer and pretty easy questions; however they didn't move forward with me after the first round. At the end of the interview I asked whether there were any reservations I could address, but none were given.
