Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Interview
Declined after the first phone interview. I was called early in the morning. The HR person spoke very quickly and didn't engage or respond to my answers. It was over in 16 minutes. I felt very rushed and the HR person is basically trying to fill a quota instead of actually evaluating me.
The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
