Phone call, very friendly recruiter. All behavioral in the first round asking about teams, challenges, yourself, and your career. Only about 15 minutes and went by extremely fast. Highly recommend if you are interested in sales.

Question 1
Name a time when you led a team. What difficulties did you encounter?
I would say it was a pretty standard behavioral interview. They asked questions in both Japanese and English since this was for a position in Japan. It was conducted over Zoom, if I remember correctly.
via zoom. first round was casual just some questions and explaining the company, the second one they had me prepare a case study and do research and then proceeded to tell me everything i did wrong. needless to say did not get an offer
Extensive over multiple rounds, first its get to know you style, after that they make you cold call without context. If you ask for context, none is provided. Must do industry research beforehand.
