I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
3 step interview process. First is a recruiter call, then comes the mock project, and last is the behavioral final call with senior leadership. The Recruiter call is just them getting to know you. The mock call is a fake project the emulates a project you'd work on. The final call is just a normal behavioral interview.

Question 1
How would you handle the ups and downs of the day to day?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
